As an event coordinator I ensure all of the planning is correctly executed the day of the event. I begin the coordination process 60 days out which involves meeting with the beautiful couple as well as the vendors they have chosen. If they are still in need of a vendor, I can provide them with a vendor that we can talk with to ensure they are comfortable with the services. I also coordinate other events such as baby/bridal showers, retirement ceremonies, and birthday parties. Planning these events and having all the vendors you need; I find that having a day of coordinator puts your mind at ease.
